Description
The petition is filed to compel the Ministry seeks to hold the State, through the Ministry of Health, accountable for funds received from the Global Alliance for Vaccines Immunization (GAVI) to support the Kenya Expanded Programme of Immunisation (KEPI) in the period 1st July 2009 and 30th June 2015. KELIN and other civil society partners requested information on the misappropriation of these funds but these requests were not responded to in accordance with the law
