Media Advisory: Mention of Petition 329 of 2014 on TB is not a crime case

Who: Daniel Ngetich, Patrick Kipngetich Kirui and Kenya Legal and Ethical Issues Network on HIV & AIDS (KELIN)

The Attorney General, Principal Magistrate Court at Kapsabet, Public Health Officer, Nandi District and Minister for public Health and Sanitation.

What: The Constitutional and Human Rights Division of the High Court in Nairobi will mention Petition 329 of 2014; TB is not a crime case.

 

When: 10 July 2018.

 

Where: Constitutional and Human Rights Division of the High Court of Kenya in Nairobi, Court No. 1 on 3rd Floor, Milimani Law Courts.

 

The purpose of the mention is to confirm the State has filed the affidavit outlining the measures that it has undertaken to comply with the court orders made on 24 March 2016.
